CVPM offers professional contract services specialising in humane and targeted wild animal and vertebrate invasive pest management and integrated land management solutions - weed spraying and vegetation control. We service Melbourne, Gippsland, the Mornington Peninsula, all other regions of Victoria, and select parts of New South Wales.

Our main core focus is Holistic land management, government asset protection and damage mitigation, commercial, private property asset protection and Livestock protection from all vertebrate pest species. 

 

We primarily employ ground shooting as our core vertebrate pest control method, complemented by targeted baiting programs for foxes, rabbits, pigs, and wild dogs. Our baiting strategies are carefully planned and implemented to ensure species-specific control, maximise effectiveness, and meet all regulatory requirements.

In addition, we offer soft-jaw leg-hold trapping and cage trapping services for foxes, wild dogs, and invasive pest birds in select areas. CVPM also provides rabbit warren GPS mapping, rabbit warren smoking, fumigation, and ripping, along with trail camera deployment for wildlife and pest animal monitoring.

Our team consists of licensed and accredited commercial shooters who are trained to humanely destroy wild animals and commercially harvest wild game.

Each shooter is accredited in the Destruction of Wild Animals for Commercial and Non-Commercial purposes, Wild Animal Harvesting and hold the National Shooting Proficiency Accreditation and are commercially insured for all ground shooting activities.

CVPM has a Public Place Permit for roadside and public areas to possess, carry and discharge firearms in public under section 130(3) of the Firearms Act 1996.

CVPM is Worksafe compliant for commercial shooting activities and clearly demonstrate compliance as detailed in our Standard Operating Procedures, Safe Work Method Statements, Risk Assessments and Shooting Plans to ensure safety and effectiveness in all operations.
